February 2010, Stated Communication

Mt. Moriah held its February Stated Communication on the 17th of the month. We had another terrific potluck meal at 6:30PM and then retired to the Lodge room where Wor. Elihu Upham recognised Ms. Morgan Vanim-Botting as the Lodge's Denmark Elementary Student of the Month by presenting her with a Certificate of Achievement and a Gift Certificate to Bridgton Books as her mother and sister look on.

The chair of Marshall for the evening was draped and left vacant in respect and honour for our Brother Bob MacDonald who was sadly and unexpectedly called to the Celestial Lodge last month before he ever had the opportunity to serve in this position as the newly appointed Marshall. Wor. Bro. David Eaton has consented to fill the position for the remainder of the year.
